By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Educational purpose

Content is provided for education and professional development and does not replace manufacturer training, project procedures, competent supervision, certification, risk assessment or professional judgement.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and be responsible for activity under your account. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent experience, certifications, project history or company authority, bypass access controls, or obtain a CV without authorization.

Jobs, hiring and daily rates

The platform helps professionals and companies find one another; OSC is not the employer, recruiter of record, payroll provider or party to an employment contract. Users must independently verify identity, qualifications, right to work, medical fitness, certificates, references, insurance, rates, taxes, travel, rotation and project terms. Daily rates are optional, informational and not binding offers.

Verified project reviews

A review may be submitted only after a project is marked completed through the platform. Reviews must be factual, professional and based on direct experience. Reviews are moderated before publication, may be rejected or removed, and do not represent OSC's opinion. The reviewed person or company may publish a response. Attempts to manipulate ratings, retaliate, threaten or publish confidential or defamatory material are prohibited.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, discriminatory or deceptive material; harass users; spam; introduce malware; scrape protected content; interfere with the service; or use personal data outside the recruiting purpose for which access was granted.

Intellectual property

Original OSC content, branding, course structure and software are protected. Third-party manuals, books, trademarks and links remain the property of their respective owners.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit while granting OSC the rights needed to host, display, moderate and deliver it through the service. You confirm that you own the content or have all required permissions and that your CV and profile do not disclose restricted client information.

Free-only service

OSC does not currently offer checkout, paid products, subscriptions, instructor earnings or payouts. Courses and hosted learning resources currently made available by OSC are free. An optional daily rate in the jobs area is professional profile information only and is not a platform payment or binding offer.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a successful hire, the conduct of any user, or the accuracy of profiles and reviews. To the extent permitted by law, OSC is not liable for indirect losses or employment and operational decisions made through the platform.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security threats, fraud, abuse or legal requirements. You may request account deletion at any time.
