Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, authentication provider and profile picture.
• Learning activity: course enrolments, lesson progress, assessment results, certificates, cart and purchase records.
• Community content: chat messages and files you choose to upload, along with moderation and safety records.
• Creator and support information: applications, submissions and messages you send through the website.
• Technical and analytics information: page views, session identifiers, browser/device information and approximate location when analytics consent is granted. Necessary security logs may be processed without analytics consent.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, deliver courses and downloads, record progress, issue verifiable certificates, operate community features, process transactions, answer support requests, prevent abuse and improve platform reliability.

Service providers

We use trusted processors including Cloudflare for hosting and security, Supabase for authentication, Google for sign-in and optional analytics, and payment providers when a transaction is offered. These providers process information under their own terms and only for the services they provide. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

Essential storage is used for sign-in, security, language and session functionality. Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you select Accept. You can clear the choice from your browser storage and revisit the site to choose again.

Storage, security and retention

We apply access controls, private object storage, expiring download links, request validation and moderation controls. Information is retained only while needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may update your profile, reject optional analytics, request access or correction, and request deletion of your account and associated information through the account deletion page. Some records may be retained where required for legal, payment, fraud-prevention or safety reasons.

Children

The platform is intended for adults and professional learners. It is not directed to children under 13, and users below the age required in their country must use the service only with a parent or guardian where legally permitted.

International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. We rely on the safeguards offered by those providers and applicable law.

We may update this policy as the platform develops. Material changes will be shown on this page with a revised date.
