Instructor Marketplace Agreement

This operational agreement explains the minimum rules for publishing and earning through OSC Hydro Academy. A jurisdiction-specific legal review is required before automated public payouts are activated.

1. Content ownership

The instructor confirms that submitted courses, books, videos, templates, images and other materials are original, properly licensed, or used with documented permission. Confidential client data, project procedures, proprietary software, copied manuals and private screenshots must not be uploaded.

2. Review and publication

OSC may review, request corrections, reject, unpublish or remove material for quality, safety, copyright, confidentiality or community-policy reasons. Approval is not a professional accreditation.

3. Revenue share

The standard instructor share is 70% of eligible net product revenue. Selected founding instructors may receive 80% during a written launch programme. Payment-provider fees, refunds, chargebacks, applicable taxes and agreed discounts are deducted before the eligible net amount is calculated.

4. Refund reserve and payouts

Earnings remain pending during the refund and dispute reserve period. The current minimum payout request is USD 50. Identity and payment details must be verified before payment. Marking a payout as approved in OSC does not confirm an external bank or wallet transfer.

5. Student safety and accuracy

Technical teaching must distinguish education from project-specific procedures and manufacturer training. The instructor must correct material that becomes inaccurate or unsafe.

6. Reviews and conduct

Reviews may only be submitted by verified purchasers. Manipulated ratings, spam, harassment and attempts to move protected transactions outside the platform may result in suspension.

7. Suspension and disputes

OSC may temporarily hold disputed earnings while investigating refunds, copyright complaints, fraud or material breaches. Undisputed earnings remain recorded in the instructor ledger.
